Which CAMILLA stores offer Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is available at all Australian CAMILLA Boutiques, except our Sydney Airport location. Please note that, in unlikely instances, Click & Collect may be temporarily unavailable at certain stores.
How long will it take for my Click & Collect order to be ready?
Once you place your Click & Collect order for your CAMILLA treasure, our Boutique Angels will prepare your purchase for collection. If all items are available in-store at the time of your order, your ETA could be as soon as one business day. If items need to be transferred from other locations, it may take up to four business days. Please await notification, as these timeframes are subject to change.
How do I place a Click & Collect order?
Ordering your next CAMILLA piece is made effortless with Click & Collect.

1. Add Items to Your Basket: Choose your size on the product page and use the "Find In Boutique" option to check stock availability. Add the items to your cart.

2. Choose Your Shipping Method: At checkout, select the Click & Collect option. The Boutique Selector will display stores where all items in your cart are available. Choose your preferred boutique.

3. Checkout and Collect: Complete the checkout process. Our CAMILLA Angels will prepare your order, and you will be notified when it is ready for pick-up. For a smoother collection experience, ensure all items are available at the selected boutique. If not, you may opt for delivery instead.
Please be advised - If your selected store has the items in stock, your Click & Collect order may be fulfilled more promptly.
What do I need to bring in store when I collect my order?
Simply bring your Click & Collect order notification and one of our Boutique Angels will handle the rest.
Can someone collect my Click & Collect order on my behalf?
Yes, you may appoint someone to pick up your CAMILLA order on your behalf. Simply supply them with a copy of your Click & Collect order notification. Keep in mind that our Boutique Angels will rely on the instructions of who you have chosen, as if they are your own.
Can I return an item purchased with Click & Collect?
Yes, the online returns policy applies to all CAMILLA treasures purchased through Click & Collect.
Can I change or cancel my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, your Click & Collect order cannot be modified once you’ve confirmed your purchase.
If you do have a change of heart, your order will still be sent to your nominated store where you can pick it up and return your purchase online.
What happens if I cannot get into store to collect my order?
You have 7 days from the date you were notified your order was ready for collection to pick up your Click & Collect order.
If you are unable to come in store within 7 days, please get in touch with your nominated boutique to organise a date where you’ll be able to pick-up.
Orders left longer than 7 days without a late notice will be forfeited back to the store and you will be refunded.
What happens if my item is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, you will receive an email with the option to either be refunded the amount or, if the item is available at another location, you may be able to select it for delivery to your door.

How long will it take for my Click & Collect order to be ready?
Once you’ve ordered your CAMILLA treasure through Click & Collect, our Boutique Angels will have your purchase ready for collection between three to five days.
How do I place a Click & Collect order?
Ordering your next CAMILLA piece is made effortless with Click & Collect.
1. Add items to your basket: Begin by selecting your size on the product page. Then use our Find In Boutique option to discover the stores with the item in stock. Only boutiques with the item in stock will be displayed. From here, you can Add To Cart.
2. Choose your shipping method: When you’ve landed on the Shipping section, choose the Click & Collect option. Here our Boutique Selector will display the stores with all your items available. Nominate your desired boutique.
3. Checkout and collect: Continue through the checkout process and finalise your payment. Our Boutique Angels will begin preparing your order and you will be notified when it’s ready for pick-up.
- Keep in mind that all items in your cart must be in stock at the same location for Click & Collect to be available. In such instances where part of your order is not available at a boutique, complete your order by choosing our deliver to door option, or removing an item from your basket and checking store availability again.
