WHAT IS AIRROBE?
AirRobe is a game-changing pre-loved marketplace that brings retailers and fashion lovers together in the circular economy with just one click.
WHAT IS HAPPENING?
We’ve joined the Circular Fashion movement with AirRobe to make it easier for you to shop sustainably. Now, you can extend the life of your item by re-selling or renting your pieces back into a circular economy after you’ve worn and loved them, knowing you're making a positive impact.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
As you shop, add your purchases to AirRobe. After placing your order, you’ll be directed to set up a free AirRobe account from the order confirmation page. Your items, including the product images and descriptions, will automatically appear in your Circular Wardrobe in your AirRobe account. After you have worn and loved your purchases, you can re-sell, rent, or recycle your items on the AirRobe marketplace, with one click. It’s that easy!
CAN I LIST ANY PRODUCT I PURCHASE?
You can resell, rent and recycle clothing, shoes and certain accessories on AirRobe. For the moment other products cannot be resold on the AirRobe site.
WILL MY ACCOUNT BE AUTOMATICALLY LINKED TO AIRROBE?
Your account won’t automatically link as AirRobe is a separate company. After adding your purchased items to AirRobe and successfully placing your order, you’ll still need to activate your AirRobe account (unless you already have one). You can activate your AirRobe account by clicking through to AirRobe from the order confirmation page. Or you can complete your account activation at a later time via the email link AirRobe will send to your inbox.
WHERE CAN I SEE WHAT ITEMS HAVE GONE INTO MY CIRCULAR WARDROBE?
Once you’ve activated your AirRobe account, login to airrobe.com to view past purchases in your Circular Wardrobe. All product details and images are automatically loaded, making it easier to repurpose and extend the life of fashion.
I FORGOT TO ADD MY ITEMS BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER, CAN I STILL LIST THEM ON AIRROBE?
The easiest way to list items on AirRobe is to add products before placing your order. However, you can also manually upload products and list them on the AirRobe marketplace. From your AirRobe account, select ‘+ Add an item’ and follow the simple product instructions.
I ADDED PRODUCTS TO AIRROBE, BUT I CAN’T SEE THEM IN MY CIRCULAR WARDROBE.
Please check that you used the same email address for both accounts. If they are, please contact AirRobe Customer Service.
I ADDED ONLY CERTAIN PRODUCTS TO AIRROBE BUT ALL ITEMS IN MY ORDER ARE NOW SHOWING IN MY CIRCULAR WARDROBE.
When you add one item to AirRobe, all applicable items within the same order will also be added for your convenience. Your purchased items will be in your Circular Wardrobe, waiting for you to seamlessly repurpose them when you’re ready. If you prefer not to, you can easily remove the products from your Circular Wardrobe at any time.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE EMAIL TO SIGN UP TO AIRROBE BUT I ADDED MY ITEMS, WHAT DO I DO?
We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t receive the email, please check your junk and spam folders to see if it’s ended up in there. If you’re unable to find it, you can simply go to AirRobe’s website, sign up and upload the items manually.
I ALREADY HAVE AN AIRROBE ACCOUNT, CAN I STILL ADD PRODUCTS?
You can keep growing your AirRobe circular wardrobe by adding your purchases to your existing AirRobe account. Use the same email address you chose when you created your existing AirRobe account, or add your email address for this account to your AirRobe account before adding items.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN AN ITEM THAT WAS ADDED TO AIRROBE?
If you return an item that was added to AirRobe, you’ll need to go into your AirRobe account and remove the item.
IF I EXCHANGE AN ITEM, CAN I UPDATE THE DESCRIPTION IN MY AIRROBE ACCOUNT?
Of course! If you exchange an item that you’d previously added to your AirRobe account, you can still update the details before listing it on the AirRobe marketplace.
DO I NEED TO PAY A FEE TO LIST MY PRE-LOVED ITEMS ON AIRROBE?
No, creating an account and listing your pre-loved items on AirRobe is free of charge.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES I WILL INCUR WHEN SELLING AND BUYING ITEMS ON AIRROBE?
All logistical arrangements are made through AirRobe – please check out their FAQs for all the info.
HOW DO I GET PAID ON AIRROBE?
Payment is arranged via AirRobe – please refer to AirRobe’s FAQs.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING WHEN SELLING ITEMS ON AIRROBE?

IF I ADD ITEMS TO AIRROBE, WILL I RECEIVE PROMOTIONAL CONTENT FROM THEM?
When you add an item, you are consenting to us providing your contact details to AirRobe. AirRobe will then contact you to set up an account only. If you receive unwanted promotional content from them, please contact AirRobe Customer Service.
