Click & Collect is a Free service, available at selected CAMILLA retail boutiques in Australia with the exception of our Sydney Airport boutique. Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be ready for collection. For more information please refer to our Click & Collect page.

For deliveries within Australia we use an Australia Post courier for express and standard deliveries. Delivery times are listed in the Delivery Table and are an estimate only. By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that CAMILLA is not liable for any delay in delivery. Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for delivery of any orders to Western Australia or outside of a metropolitan area. This Delivery Table may be updated at our discretion at any time where necessary.

For deliveries to New Zealand we use DHL courier service for shipping of standard orders. Delivery times are listed in the Delivery Table and are an estimate only. By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that CAMILLA is not liable for any delay in delivery. This Delivery Table may be updated at our discretion at any time where necessary.
From 1st December 2019 New Zealand customers will no longer pay import duties for orders under NZ$1000. For orders over NZ$1000 New Zealand Customs Service will continue to collect import duties and GST. This must be paid by the recipient directly to the New Zealand Customs Service before the parcel is released for delivery. CAMILLA is not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these charges and duties incurred.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once your order has been placed online you cannot cancel the order. We are also unable to cancel an order or stop an order from being dispatched on your request. If you have incorrectly placed an order please refer to our Returns Policy.
LATE DELIVERIES
We make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated time frame however, we will not accept any responsibility or liability for any late deliveries and may vary from product to product. From time to time we may post a notice on our website informing of a shipping black out period.

PARTNER SHIPPING TIMES
Some products on the CAMILLA website are shipped directly from third-party partners and will arrive separately if ordered with other items. Delivery times may be different to standard time frame due to location and process of the third-party partner. Please see below estimated time frames for our current partners.

Estimated Delivery Time: Made to order within 1-2 weeks of purchase. Once your wall paper is ready for shipment you will receive an email with tracking details.

DELIVERY DURING CAMILLA SALE PERIODS
During any CAMILLA SALE period, orders are subject to delay due to the sheer volume of orders received within these periods. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Our warehouse team receive a large amount of orders during sale periods which will impact the time we can dispatch orders and get them to you. Please allow an additional 5 business days for dispatch of your order during this time. Once your order has been shipped, normal shipping times apply.

FREE SHIPPING
If your order qualifies for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be automatically deducted from your order total. There is a free Shipping Calculator in the checkout to let you the minimum spend in order to be eligible for free standard or express shipping.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page and may be subject to terms and conditions (such as minimum spend or specific dates). LARGE ITEM DELIVERY IN AUSTRALIA
Due to the nature of their size, large items are shipped at a flat rate of $35 per piece. This includes, but is not limited to:

DELIVERY PROCESS
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with tracking details, which will allow you to track your order every step of the way. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.
Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that a person is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect. Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct deliveries once your order has been dispatched. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and a re-delivery fee will apply.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care Team within 7 business days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
TAXES & DUTIES
International shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. CAMILLA reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
