Model and philanthropist Flaviana Matata walks the street of NYC in pieces from our House of the Sun collection and we couldn’t feel more blessed.
The Tanzanian beauty, 37, has a long list of ventures, including her Flaviana Matata Foundation, which empowers young girls in Tanzania through education.
She is an Angel Ambassador of the Diamond Empowerment Fund and has worked as a Goodwill Ambassador. She also gives support to Life project for Africa, Malaika for Life, Malaria No More, SOS Village and others.
Modelling wise, Flaviana has graced the covers of Forbes, Vogue, Grazia, Nylon, Glass, Arise, L’Officiel Paris, Elle, Marie Claire, Interview Magazine and i-D. She has walked the runway for major brands and designers including Tommy Hilfiger, Jason Wu, Diesel and Vivienne Westwood and has appeared in campaigns for Sony, Clarins and many more.
If this isn’t enough to keep a person busy, she is the founder of Lavy Products, a line of non-toxic, cruelty free nail polishes available around the world.
Flaviana has also completed a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and at @flavianamatata can be seen making mouthwatering French toast.
