Camilla Online Warehouse Returns Policy
All sales are final. There are no cancellations and no returns or exchanges available for e-Warehouse items for change of mind or sizing. This does not exclude statutory consumer warranties. However, as e-Warehouse goods are being sold as seconds or samples then some imperfections or variations in sizing or detailing may be present, as such these items are sold “as is” and any imperfections or variations are not considered to be manufacturing faults.
Our delivery partner Australia Post is experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network as more people are now shopping online. At this time it may take a few more days than the standard time frames outlined below to get your delivery.

This Policy may be amended from time to time by CAMILLA, without prior notice. Any purchase from us following any such amendments will be deemed to be confirmation that you accept those amendments. We recommend that you check CAMILLA’s current Terms, before making any purchase. Our agents, employees and third parties do not have authority to change the Terms.
