The Ceramic Panoramic Ruffle Hem Tie Front Midi Dress has a sweetheart neckline and a fit and flare shape that celebrates the feminine form. Romantic ruffles enhance the tender silhouette. Our in-house artisans were inspired by hand-painted tiles and ornate mosaics of Sevilleís Plaza de EspaÒa and MarÌa Luisa Park.
